Some Short Term Goals

I think I need to make a checklist of some short term goals to keep me on the straight and narrow for the next few months.

This Week:
  • Walk on Tready 3 times for 10-20 minutes
  • Stay within points
  • Drink 6 glasses of water
By end of June
  • GWEJ - originally 108kg, now amended to 106kg
  • Walk 3 times a week for 30-60 minutes
  • Do some ski-training every day for 5-15 minutes
  • Go skiing in NZ for one day
By end of July
  • GWEJ - originally 106kg, now amended to 103kg
  • Walk 3 times a week for 45-75 minutes
  • Start training for the City to Surf, walk 7km once a fortnight.
